Mandatory Evacuation of All Citizens in Narva

The Viru Infanty Brigade has been mobilized from the power plant into Narva. This action has enacted a mandatory evacuation of all citizens in Narva. Safe harbor within the Republic of Estonia has been offered to non-citizen civilians. In an effort to refrain from inciting violence, the nonviolent and violent citizens were evacuated to separate locations. They are offering medical aid to any Estonian citizen in need, whether peaceful or violent, and they want citizens to know that the health and safety of their people is of the utmost importance to them.
