Estonian Flag Raised at Ivangorod Fortress
An Estonian flag has been raised at the Ivangorod fortress, just across the Russian border, outside of Narva. Narva police have been spotted patrolling the area. Could this be a sign that the "hostage situation" is a false flag operation? Is designed to help the Mayor conspire with the Russians?
The Mayor of Narva, Tarmo Tammiste, could not be reached for a statement. No statements have been made by anyone else.
