Estonia Declares State of Emergency
Declaration of a State of Emergency in Estonia:
"The Republic of Estonia at the behest of President Kaljulaid and the agreement of the cabinet declare a state of emergency. The defense minister and the commander of defense forces are being granted extra powers to mobilize forces, and procure arms. Additionally, the president is being granted the shared duties of the prime minister as written in the constitution."
