Another Letter from Tarmo Tamm Leaked

A letter from Tamm was recently leaked, detailing his involvement in a heroin drug ring. From the letter it appears that Tamm's goal in being involved with this is to benefit rural Estonia, but who really knows?

"My Love Illar,

In these desperate times, we must think of the rural Estonian being invaded by Russian forces. This is a horrible situation, but I do see two opportunities to bring benefit to the rural Estonian.

Firstly, we should continue the sale of heroin to the Russian army now directly in our territory, hoping to tap into this now 35,000 strong market. Not only will this bring huge profits to the people of Estonia, but it will also potentially weaken the army. Additionally, begin selling product to American forces again. Those Dough Boy$ in Tapa will be more than happy to have access to our wonderful Estonian heroin.

Secondly, the large army coming into Russia will surely need food. As such, organize the Ministry’s Agricultural Board to coordinate the sale of food to the Russian army at steeply discounted prices (but prices that still ensure we will make a profit). There are many hungry soldiers to feed, and the Estonian Agricultural sector will be there to feed them.
