Emails concerning heroin production have been leaked to the public due to a security breach. The affected server belonged to the Estonian Office of Rural Affairs.

The emails appear to have been sent from the IP address associated with Tarmo Tamm, Minister of Rural Affairs. Tamm is now under investigation by the Estonian police.

Investigators are currently searching for additional information linking Tamm to the plantation as well as the plantation itself.

This may potentially raise further concern over drug trafficking issues related to both Estonia and Russia.
