Rex Tillerson, US Secretary of State, is currently conducting work in Russia. Can he be trusted?

Anonymous sources have reported that Tillerson “was constantly moving away from issues of national concern that did not involve both Russia and the US,” and “would give out information about Russia that went against what they released, but was later proven true.”

Even more shockingly, an eyewitness account tells the following tale:

"Tillerson was caught writing a letter once that said ‘Donny I hate you and I do not ever want t--’ and then he was caught. Due to recent revelations, we believe that was going to be used as a false hate note from Putin, showing Tillerson was just trying to make a scene.”
