Riho Terras to blame for death of ethnic-Russians?

Following the release of the blockbuster Amnesty International report and reports from the Russian government, there is a surge in global concerns over the treatment of ethnic-Russians in Estonia.

Due to the poorly implemented evacuation in the city of Narva, the condition of temporary camps to house civilians have been described as "modern-day concentration camps."

Intercepted communication from Commander of the Estonian Defence Forces Riho Terras has him admitting that his initial goals were to create concentration camps for ethnic-Russians. It rises the questions: Is Terras to blame for the arsenic poisoning? Did he orchestrate all of this?

The role that Riho Terras has played in potential ethnic cleansing is still unclear, but the Russian government is furious. One official told RT "if Terras is responsible for the arsenic in the water supply, that makes him the next Hitler. We will not stop at anything to discover Terras' motives and, if he is targeting ethnic-Russians, we may be required to remove him from Estonian government through force."

Ethnic Russians in concentration camps?

In Estonian efforts to protect citizens from separatists, the government has taken all non-combatant ethnic Russians and moved them into segregated areas of residence. The citizens were told they were going to be protected, but massive traces of arsenic were found in the water supply, killing hundreds of innocent people.

It is suspected that the Estonian government was deliberately poisoning the ethnic Russians in attempts for ethnic cleansing. Are these "concentration camps" a deliberate part of Estonian government? Who is behind the arsenic in the water supply? More information to come. RT
